    Still not getting my Xbox live rewards deposited.


    It has been almost 2 years not since this issue has started, my Xbox live rewards are not being deposited into my Microsoft account. I keep getting the same message to update my account information but everything is updated. This will be my 3rd time posting
    in this forum and nothing has changed. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO to get some help with this?????

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known internal database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly
    communicated to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. This issue is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution. In the meanwhile, we will continue to
    attempt a deposit into your account, which may trigger emails alerting you of a failed deposit.

    What points?

    If you mean xbox live rewards then you get them on the 15th & 30th of the month.

    You need a total of 5000 points for an automatic deposit or at least 1000 points & you can request a deposit in "my rewards" from the rewards site.

    the reward credits will show on your xbox live rewards section in a few days, that is if you have signed up the the rewards program, they normally convert and deposit into your live account twice per month, but to get a deposit you need to have at least
    5000 reward points.
