    Looks like this has been going on for quite some time now. Good thing I found this post, because I was about to tear apart my internet connection and re-wire my house! Come on, Microsoft. This is poor customer support here. Doesn't anyone at Microsoft care
    about your customers, or are you just one giant money grabbing machine? Disappointed. Might have to switch to Apple products...

    Profiles Not Downloading. Still giving the same 8010151011 code

    Still giving the same code everyone else is having. I have already researched the forums here and tried everything anyone else has tried and still nothing. My internet connection is fine but when I go to download my profile, it gets to maybe 10% and then
    stops with that error code. I am probably just as annoyed as everyone else. I have heard one person having their connection to xbox live working perfectly..AFTER they signed up with a new account. Believe me, I am quite sure anyone who has lost their profile
    and can't download it, does NOT want to start over from scratch.

    I have already looked at the xbox live status report on this site, and it said everything was "fixed" and connected fine, if that's so, then why can't anyone download their profile?
