    Still not able to redeem a 12 md code! Please give some support!!


    I keep on getting "something happens on our end. Waiting a bit might help" as a error, when I try to redeem a 12 months code. I have tried you app on iOS, on PC and directly on the Xbox One. All keep giving the same message. Please help!

    XBOX GOLD CODE DOESNT WORK

    I got a gold member ship code not to long ago and my gold member ship expires next week and everytime i try to put in my 12 month member ship code in it wont redeem it it will give a error code. It will also say that "something went wrong please try again
    later" i tried two days later and it still wont work. Explain please.

    Similarly, some codes, so to speak, "expire", so saving them is not a good idea.
    This is not quite accurate. Some codes do have an expiration date, when you must redeem them by but it doesn't effect the length of time that the code give. If you purchase a 12 month code and redeem it the day before it "expires" then you still get 12 months.

    If you have the codes to be able to check if they've been redeemed, then you could still give out those codes if they haven't been redeemed. As far as I'm aware, support would not exchange the codes, but that would be up to them.

    They should be able to give more info how you can redeem the 14 day trial code.

    Xbox charged my card for a 12 month gold membership. I didn't have enough to buy it, but when i try to enter a code i bought from amazon, it wont work.

    If you have a renewing 12 months subscription and wish to redeem 12 months PPC, they can just cancel the current 12 months and waive off the renewal charge for you to redeem the code. Please contact Xbox Customer Support to process it for you.

    My xbox live gold membership expired but when i go to redeem my 2 gold trial it says i already have gold.

    To clarify, trials won't give your a Gold account, but it will give you some Gold features. If you're still having trouble redeeming a trial code, please give it a try here on Xbox.com by clicking your GT at the top right and selecting 'Redeem Code'. Let
