Still not able to download games

Us foreign bases dont count as the us as you dont have a us internet connection

Physical region must match

Also what is your connection type and speedtest.net results

Speed is important

Lte is too slow and inconsistent for large downloads

Fibre you have to comtsct your isp for configuring your router for gamimg

Region also refers to the country not continent. And usually only the continential part of the country

Some isps also use a vpn whuseich can cause failures

I live in india, and my region is india and so is everything else.

i have downloaded red faction guerilla and the demo for fifa from the same connection overnight.

unfortunately for me, i dont think i can upgrade my connection till next month and even then, only 4 mbps would be possible.

Is there any hope ?

I have a similar problem downloading fifa 15 to my 360. My internet connection is not very fast, just 2mb/s but all my regional and physical location match. Also ive done what other threads and the support have said.

this is my first purchase from the marketplace so i really need help.

If your account region and actual region doednt mtch thrm its most likely your issue

If you were able to download other content that maybe because they wrrent regionnlocked it depends on the title like halo or most treyarch games or any triple a title Full versions not demos

If you have a matching region but have a slow connection And it times out keep in mind it is possible to continue the download but when you continue andit disconnectsnemimmedaitely it is prpbably file corruption which case you have to delete the said download
And restart

Protip if you have matching regions not including vpns plor trying to download us content

Hardreset your modem and router for a good 5mins
