Still Not Able to Connect to Live. Anyone Else?

Still not able to log into Xbox Live even after the reported resolved outage. I can watch Netflix through the app (different server of course) but to play any games...nothing...just sits at the loading screen. This is getting in the way of me playing "Batman:
Arkham Knight" tonight. Just letting Microsoft know that this Xbox One player is still not able to use her annually paid service.

Suspension or Ban question

Anyone ever been suspended?? Were you able to still connect to live and buy DLC etc?? If so then you probably will still be able to connect to verify for single player...

Same here. Was playing Witcher last night with no problems. Now, every game just sits on the loading screen and does nothing. Netflix and Hulu work fine, just no gaming. At least I know I'm not the only one. Misery loves company.

 

May i ask what is the game trying to do when its loading? Is it loading the game it self or is it loading inside the game?

 

Neverwinter - Goes to opening splash page, hangs there then shuts down, saying it was taking too long to load.

Mortal Kombat X - Gets as far as the screen that shows all the copyright info and just sits there (had it sit for as long as 30 minutes).

Witcher III - Gets to the "Press any button to continue" screen, press button, and just sits there.

All 3 of those games were downloaded. Haven't tried any disc games at this point.

 

Hmm right now it seems a lot of people are having problems with downloaded games. Neverwinter could be because of the server for that game. Have you try playing them games with no internet connection yet?

 

Just got a chance to try it. Nope, still no luck.

 

Try a hard restart. With the console on hold the power button on the console for 10 secs than turn it on

 

Hard restart seems to have done the trick. Still no idea why it started doing it in the first place. Thanks for the suggestions.

Been trying for hours now still cany play cod or join parties the parties for xbox one lag out all the time this needs sorting

 

My Xbox live keeps on telling me that all services are unavailable and then disconnecting me from Xbox live but it shows in the network screen that it is picking up my router signal.
