Still No Xbox Live Rewards Points for Years

Hi guys,

I have several years' worth of points built up in my account, and I have still been unable to get them to deposit. Is there some way I can get these points applied to my account? It says I have to update my account, and while I did that, it wasn't wrong
to start with. Please fix my account, or credit it for the credits I've earned. I have been waiting years for this to get fixed. Thank you.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

no rewards points for years

I have nnot received any rewards points for years now, i am completely oblivious as to why as i renew gold and actively use my account so wuld appreciate some help reagarding this issue, thanks !

Hello Me Crog,

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and
thus aborts the process. Currently, our system is only detecting Credit Cards on your account, which we cannot deposit into. Our program requires a Microsoft Account to deposit Credits into, which are then converted into currency by your Microsoft Account
to be used as a payment method. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem
will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input, so adjusting your information will likely not solve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I bought a year of Xbox Live for year because of Microsoft Rewards, it is a good thing to use everyday to earn up points.

Hi 3 years for Xbox Live or gamepass. You can transform the points of Microsoft reward for this .
