Still no rewards deposited after 2 years

Last month I posted about my problems with getting my rewards deposited on my account.

I got the following response to resolve the issue.

In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

So i bought a gift card and redeemed it on my account, which worked fine.

During the black friday sale I bought several games and paid for them with my Dutch credit card, which worked fine

I added another payment method, my Dutch Debit card, which also worked fine.

Hoping that everything would be working this time I got another mail today that my account is still not working as expected...

Help....

Still no rewards after 2 years?

Why is it that all of my information on my rewards and Xbox account are the same and after 2 years rewards just keeps telling me they are trying to fix it rubbish 2 years and I've never had a reward in my life have nearly half a million waiting to be deposited
but it's not going anywhere as far as I can tell what a complete load of crap really what a joke rewards you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Rewards not being deposited

My rewards are not being deposited. The last time they were deposited was around 6 months ago. Before then it had been around 2 years. I have roughly 20,000 credits that will not deposit.

Please could an MS member of staff look into why my rewards credits are not being deposited.

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked
on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

Hello KOOKZILLA,

We see that you still have Credits currently pending in your account. If you are talking about your last deposit in 2014, back when we were still using MyAchievements for Rewarding payback instead of MyVIP, then those Credits would have expired by now if
you had not spent them. All promotional currencies, like Xbox Live Rewards deposits, expire one year after being deposited.

If you check your digital returns at
http://commerce.microsoft.com it should show you if it is deposits from the rewards program. You can also check your rewards statement on the MyRewards section of the rewards site for when deposits took place. If they took place at the same time as the
deposits on the billing site, then those are definitely from your rewards deposits.

Currency from the rewards program will expire one year after the deposit if it's not used.

There is no word on if/when the program will shut down.

i myself havent received 141,850 credits spanning over the last 3 1/2 years. Maybe its time we all get together and file a lawsuit because the forum shows many people are experiencing the same thing. We spend our hard earned money and the little light at
the end of the tunnel(credits)has deminished. Thats $150 just on my account, i imagine with all the people they are doing it to they should have enough money to get sued!
