Still No Rewards Deposit.

It's been over two months since I have heard anything regarding my deposits not going through. Please review and contact me back.

Still no rewards deposit

It has been months with no deposit of my rewards. I have been told previously that there was third party working to resolve the issue but this wait for a resolution is just too long. Is there anything you can do to help me get my rewards credits? Please,
this is very frustrating.

Hello Uncle Loudmouth,

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Unfortunately, due to the highly secured nature of a user's billable account information, we cannot force a deposit of our own at this point in time,
and must rely on another team to provide a solution. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date for a complete resolution on this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while
our other team works on a solution.

Hi sM0keEaTeR666. We are applying a manual fix to your deposit issue in this next cycle (February 22nd deposit). This can usually force a deposit to your Microsoft account. If you do not receive a deposit by the 22nd, please reach out again so we can diagnose

There was a rewards deposit on the 8th and a lot of people are still having issues getting rewards credits deposited so they are getting those emails. The OP is mistaken that they are points though.

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize
for the inconvenience.

a specific cause from our other team. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Regarding your Gems, Gems were only created in October. It is not possible to reward activity done before they existed.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
