Still no Quantum pre-order codes

Discus and support Still no Quantum pre-order codes in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I was assured twice by support that the codes would arrive by 19/04 - I was rightly skeptical, they didn't.     Still no Quantum pre-order codes


    I was assured twice by support that the codes would arrive by 19/04 - I was rightly skeptical, they didn't.

    I expect these code today, I now consider this to be a breach of contract under the Sale of Goods and Services Act (UK) please confirm how this situation will be remedied.

    Day 13 and I still wait for my Codes (Quantum Break)

    My Problem is that I pre order Quantum Break and I still wait for my Codes. I don´t have any Code no Alan Wake American Nightmare, Alan Wake or Quantum Break for Win 10.

    Hello i pre ordered quantum break but didnt recieve codes for alan wake contacted xbox support and they asked me to contact you

    Hey there, Support is investigating the issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.

    No message about it.

    The goods have not been supplied as stated, A message that they are investigating, is just not good enough..,.

    I was directed to this site to post about this, So I expect a personal reply here, stating exactly what is being done to fulfil their obligations

    I agree i am still waiting for all my Quantum break PC codes and my Alan Wake codes. We were meant to get them by the 15th April but i'm still waiting. I pre ordered the game and it's over a week later and i've still not played it when i PRE ORDERED!!
