    Still no Quantum Break Pre-Order Codes


    Hey Xbox Support,

    I preordered Quantum Break in February and still didn't receive a message with the Windows 10 code or the Alan Wake Codes on this account.

    Could you help me out with that?

    Day 13 and I still wait for my Codes (Quantum Break)

    My Problem is that I pre order Quantum Break and I still wait for my Codes. I don´t have any Code no Alan Wake American Nightmare, Alan Wake or Quantum Break for Win 10.

    Hey Rookboom,

    Where did you purchase Quantum Break? In order to qualify for Quantum Break on Windows 10, you would have needed to pre-order through the Xbox Store or redeem a Quantum Break code before April 4th, 2016.

    If you got a code for Quantum Break on Xbox One and redeemed after April 4th, 2016, I'm afraid you do not qualify for this offer.
