Still no preorder codes from Quantum Break (AW, AN, QB Win10)

i preordered Quantum Break on 21 March,but no codes for nither AW nor Win10 version.i have been waiting for 11 days.....plz send me

 

Quantum Break Preorder codes missing

Preordered Quantum Break, but still did't get any codes (AW, QB..). Can you check it for me what's the problem? I used this account on UK store.

Hey there, Support is investigating the issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.

So now that official support is back, what's going on?

This whole situation has been handled extremely poorly by Microsoft.

 

I agree....I'm still waiting on my codes

 

Every minute still feels like an hour, every hour feels like a day, and every passing day feels like forever, but some century we will receive the codes.

All this has accomplished is demonstrate that the Microsoft store and support desk are dismal.

 

Yeah. This is ridiculous. was told forum support would return today. i would have bought Quantum Break at an actual store if i knew that Microsoft would gip me out of a couple free games.

 

I bought the quantum break in pre-order and did not get the codes Alan Wake and PC version of the game]

I also have not received my codes for any of the Alan Wake game or content nor the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. When I called Microsoft, they told me I needed to contact Remedy. I contacted Remedy, and they said I need to contact Xbox support. I
then contacted Xbox support again and was told they couldn't help me and that I need to contact Remedy, again. Wash, rinse, repeat. Horrible experience so far. I only bought the game because it sounded like a great deal. Now I just feel ripped off.

 

Hey Microsoft instead of locking or deleting threads how about you spending actual time to assist your customers.

 

Exactly. This is an outrage and they need to tell us what's going on besides to come here. We're the ones calling support and they don't help. Was told to come here and no info to go on. We were all promised that we would get our preorder bonuses in 7 to
10 days of release. Not 7 to 10 weeks or 7 to 10 months or years. Now I know why I left for Sony other than the fact that my account was hacked into and stole over $300 for FIFA points. This is the last time I'm buying any product from Microsoft and staying
over with Sony. If I do not receive my codes I will request a refund for false advertisement within 48 hours.

 

So how long is this going to swept under the rug for with boilerplate statements and locked threads?

Support is worthless apparently.
