    Still no Premium after purchasing


    Have purchased Premium for the past 4 years (I think) and all has been well in that as soon as it's purchased the game changes from free to Premium.

    Yesterday (16 Oct 2016) I purchased Premium again as the year was up but yet I've still got the free version with ads.

    Please can this be fixed? I want Premium back or a refund!

    lost premium solitaire after computer crashed

    "my machine crashed a month after purchasing premium solitaire for a year. Everything was wiped out on my computer. How do I get premium back" without paying again

    Premium edition and ads

    I have the premium edition and still keep getting ads. No ads or refund! After the ads run, it tells me that I have the premium edition. Thought you guys knew what you are doing.

    You are correct, the passes are tied to the account that purchased it, i.e the Gamertag.

    This also applies for the premium membership, you will still receive the Premium Status on another console provided it has the appropriate updates downloaded.

    Premium expansion not working

    Sadly, power cycling did nothing. It's still giving the message, "already purchased" on a couple, literally only a couple, in the "car packs" menu, which are not showing in my garage, and with all of the rest, bringing up the purchase options(premium bundle, "buy 1 car", etc.), and then, showing the option to purchase the premium bundle, again, when I click on premium bundle. I checked my add-ons section for the game, and the premium bundle is listed, but there's no option to activate it, or anything like that. Is there something I'm not doing to activate it, or something?
