    I'm still not getting my earned rewards deposited into my Microsoft account. this is getting a little ridiculous , it's been well over a year since this problem started. all my information is correct. I have no issues adding points to my account or spending
    points. My card info is correct and it's all up to date. The problem is on your end and I've been told multiple times though this forum that you guys are working on the situation. I find it hard to believe that a fix has not been created for this situation
    yet. I buy a lot of games digitally and I play a lot of games. I just want to get the rewards I earned. Please help me out here I am tired of waiting I'd like a fix here. I'm willing to work with you guys but I don't know what you need from me.

    Still no points

    Renewed via xbox to get my free 600 points and have been patiently waiting since April 1st......nothing yet ?????????

    I did in fact purchase the Gold sub through the dashboard where it said that I would get the points at the end of the promotion.

    Unfortunately, the error that is occurring which is preventing your deposit is occurring on a database that is not within our program. This database contains the information on your billable accounts. When our deposit process queries this database, an error
    occurs that prevents this database from returning with your billable account for your deposit. Since we need that account to know where to place your deposit, our deposit process throws an error and aborts, rather than dump your deposit in a unreachable, unknown
    account. This means that we are wholly dependent on the team tasked with this issue in providing their resolution. Since this error prevents billable account information from being transmitted, any user input you put in will not be sent to us because of the
    error, and since this database is not under our control, we cannot directly work on the resolution ourselves. Therefore, we must wait for this team to provide their fix for the problem. While we are actively searching for alternative methods within our power
    to provide, we will ultimately require a resolution from this other team to concretely resolve this issue. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. While our recent inquiries into progress on this issue have been positive, we have still not yet been provided
    with an estimate on when to expect this issue to be solved.
