Still no points from xbox rewards

my balance states zero, but i only claimed it one time and shortly after i first joining the rewards.

so o got over 8.000+ points missing from my balance. tried to chat with a representative but instead of having problem fixed i was told to come to this forum.

Hello ,

We schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was above this amount, you had a deposit automatically scheduled, as you can see from the first event you list:

12/04/17 - Rewards Deposited - 6,000 Credits

It may say its been deposit but where? Plus is not 5000 but 6000... Not on my bank account and is not showing up on my balance on xbox!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Missing Microsoft Points?

Still missing 40 Microsoft points from Xbox Live rewards and 100 from Bing Rewards.

Xbox Live rewards redemption email did not arrive

It's been longer than a week and I still haven't heard anything from Xbox! I lost 250 freaking rewards points that I have no way of getting back, and no one is talking to me! Please, Xbox, I just want to get either a refund or my reward!

Check your returns at Sign in to your Microsoft account That would show any rewards deposits. Then you may want to check any transactions around that same time that may have already used the currency.

All deposit as currency can be viewed along with your normal transactions from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account). They will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. We see that these
funds are currently in your Microsoft Account.

Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is

@Onyx62is Are you certain? When I signed up for Xbox LIVE Rewards last summer all Reward Points had an expiry of 06/30/12. A few months back I checked since I still have Points saved and the date was changed to 06/30/13.

I posted in the Rewards Forum and was told that the new date applied to all Reward Points earned.
