Still no one month of gold!!!

So i bought Halo:MCC on the 12th of November and i played it quite a bit during the time frame described and what do I get big ol bag of nothing, so my question is where's my free month of gold, I contacted supports and they gave some bull answer saying,
"oh that offer doesn't exist", but it does I love the halo games and I will continue to support 343 and I appreciate them doing this and more but please Microsoft just give me my f-ing month of gold please!!!!!

Minecraft doesnt work

Cannot run minecraft xbox one edition. I bought it few months ago, and didnt have problems till now.

It ask for xbox gold when i try to run new world or one of saves. i bought gold and still cannot run minecraft. still ask for gold and when i klick "no, thanks", landing on start page of game.

Xbox One error code: [Mod removed]

I bought this card at walmart and it read the card on my xbox one which had 1 month of gold on it and the card that i added was a year worth of gold. the xbox read the card as 12 months of gold and i accepted it and then the xbox just said error and to come
to here. now i have no gold even though i still had a month left. thanks xbox [Mod removed]

One month cards that look like a credit card are typically a full month of Gold. If it says one month Gold on it, it's full Gold.

Still no one month of gold!!!
