    Still no help!!


    Yes it is! For months I've been having problems with Microsoft Solitaire Collection (MSC), and I'm not the only one either with the same issues. My problem seems to occur whenever I complete a horizontal layer in Pyramid, or a stack in Spider or one of the
    peaks in Tripeaks whenever a popup appears with bonus points. This is usually the trigger to a) stop the game and restart automatically, often with a previous game or a scrambled playing field (see screenshot), b) to get a black screen & the game hangs, or
    c) to crash MSC altogether so one has to restart MSC and get through those annoying commercials again...

    Funny thing is when the game crashes in Pyramid for example when a popup with points is displayed and I restart MSC and reach that particular point again I get that popup and the game continues, as it should be. But if I play a few other games the same problem
    occurs again. It is as if MSC buffers game data and after 3 games or so it crashes. This could explain why I get a scrambled playing field of previous games when a game crashes, and restarts with that meshed up field. PS if I could upload a brief video I made
    (size 15mb) you would see immediately what I mean...

    Don't know what other people experience but to me it is related to the graphic card, because a couple of days ago I was playing Pyramid (single game, not the Daily Challenges or World Tour Event), and the game started to sputter whenever I completed a horizontal
    layer. Yet I could continue playing. But with the next layer the game hung for a sec again and I could play on, only to receive a notification in my Systray that MSC was denied access to my graphic card. First time ever I receive an error message like that.
    (no errors found when I do a dxdiag.exe scan). My graphic card driver is up to date and don't know if he' the culprit, because if that driver was a fault I wouldn't be able to play any game, right?! I can even play MSC, up to a certain point, until MSC crashes,
    as usual!

    If it helps I can describe another example, this time with Spider, although what I'm trying to explain happens with other games too... Lets start at the point where I get a bonus point popup, my screen goes black, the game doesn't completely crash so when
    I click on the screen I can select the next card, but when I click it or drag another card my screen goes black again. I can continue playing, although with every move I make the game goes from a normal playing field to black, and that with every move! All
    caused by, or after that popup.

    I've been having these issues for months now and came to this forum with a dozen posts, yet no one seems te help or know what is going on...

    I'v gone to the Microsoft help center and they send me right here

    and when they don't they ask me to fill in a form which I'v already done but they deny that my dad's the real owner and tell him to create a new email , account and everything

    I'v spent a year subscription on this 4 months ago, and it's being wasted, I do not want to create another account, This is ridiculous, Someone Help me.

    As you've been told multiple times over we have
    absolutely zero control over password resets, or the reset forms you fill out. No one from this support forum will be able to help you. Posting here will give you the same instructions you were given before. If you are unable to prove
    that your dad was the owner of the previous account there's no way to get the account back.

    Now to the issue at hand! It does seem like you are running into an issue with your graphics card. While it may be up to date with the drivers, it could be that the graphics card itself isn't good enough to continue playing the game. Based on the time that
    you first posted on the forums, it seems like it started around the same time Events were added. This is just speculation, but it could be what is causing the issue. Can you post back with when the issue first started, if you remember?

    Finally, I don't think any amount of troubleshooting is going to resolve this. Please ensure that the game is up to date; a new update was released today. Open the Store on your PC, click on the icon for your profile, and select Downloads and Updates.
    Your Collection should be on version 3.15.2140.0; if not, go ahead and update it! If it's still happening after that, please post back with the full details of your DxDiag. I want to get this up to the Casual Suite team to have them dig into it further.

    Again, apologies for any delays in you getting assistance. We should be able to get this sorted out now, and I appreciate your assistance in getting this to the right people. Still no help!! :)

    I'm afraid these forums are not monitored by the XA team, but there are a couple of things you can try.

    1. Use the ' Tell us what you think option' in watchtower if it shows in bottom right corner
