Still no help on my prolonged suspension error

I was suspended and it was suppose to end July 8th, I called xbox and the lady said there was a suspension error with my account and it was set to end October 2nd. She told me no suspension is that long and it's an error and come here to get help. I've waited
and still haven't received help. Please fix this and thank you.

That error code is for server not available. I know from the update yesterday that the 360 downtime was prolonged. Have you checked the forum? Nevermind, just checked and servers are up. Try a hard reset and see if that helps.

in my experience, driving bsckwards does prolong the vehicles condition, however, you still have the potential to blow out your rear tires if you`re not careful.
