    Now my 3rd time trying to get my codes, which were promised when I purchased GOW on release day.

    No escalation route, no support, no ownership by any of our Ambassadors who are supporting these forums.

    *** off is an understatement, completely mis-sold a product.

    Anyone not had their codes???

    I'm really sorry for the late reply, but I'm guessing I may have missed out on your offer here. Thanks anyway, buddy, but I would have appreciated a response from some within the Xbox Team.

    An ambassador can't give you your codes,we are just regular gamers who volunteer some of our free time to help other gamers.

    Gears Of War 4 Pre-Order doesnt give me my codes.

    Today I receive the GOW and GOW 2 redeem codes only, still missing the GOW 3 and GOW Judgment.
