    Still no Gears of War codes


    So I bought and played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition back in November 16th. I played it numerous times through November and December and by the middle of January I hadn't received the codes. I posted on the Gears support forum and after five days I received
    a reply that the team was "looking into it". After two weeks I never heard anything else so tried to contact them. No reply. I posted in the forum again and again and have been completely ignored.

    It's not just me but dozens of people a day are posting there. No one is getting any help in that forum so today I chatted to Microsoft support and was linked here for help getting those codes.

    I've still never received any Gears Of War download codes despite buying and playing the Ultimate Edition on release and beyond.

    To clarify, are you having issues redeeming your Gears of War 3 code as stated in the title, or are you still in need of Gears of War codes?

    If you're having problems redeeming Gears of War 3, please post back the error code you receive so we can look further into the issue.

    I have 3 Codes:

    "Gears of War", "Gears of War 3" and "Gears of War: Judgment".

    I just tried to reenter the codes. The "Gears of War 3"-Code and "Gears of War: Judgment"-Code works!

    Only the "Gears of War"-Code doesn't work.

    I get these Message:
