Still no Gears collection codes...

Still not received my Gears collection codes after having purchased Gears 4 eleven days ago, customer support said i would receive them 10 days after my purchase but i never did get them... Might as well just start playing Gears 4 and watch some youtube
videos with what happened in the previous games storyline... Shocking customer service...

I redeemed a gears of war 4 code Dec 25, I still haven't receive the gears of war collection code.

 

It can actually take up to 30 days to receive the codes (phone and chat support don't handle promotions so they typically don't have correct information). If you don't receive them after the 30 days, you'll need to post back here.
