    Still no free month


    Still haven't been awarded the compensation for Halo MCC. I'm not so worried about the free month but don't want to be scammed out of the other free stuff. Already posted once, thread was locked and said my issue was passed on, should I just contact MS
    support at this point?

    No Free Month?

    When you set up your account and add billing info there should be an option for a free month. If you skip it there you forfeit the free month.

    With a new xbox you are limited to only 3 one month gold trials. After that you must purchase gold to get online.

    You can Only create the Maximum of 3 One Month Gold Trials. So you would only get offered Silver from now on.

    Thanks for answering. I think it is worth mentioning that I activated the free month Gold in the first place. As with this subscription it was not possible to access free games I redeemed a 12 months subscription. May be is this free month still in effect
    some how? How can I remove it?
