still no fallout 3 code

Hello, I purchased the deluxe version of Fallout 4 last year & I'm not sure if I have missed the code, or never saw it, or what has happened, but I STILL do not have my promotional code for Fallout 3.

Can you please assist me? Thank you very much.

Still no Fallout 3 code after buying Digital copy of Fallout 4

Also downloaded fallout 4 and 12 days later still no fallout 3 code
