    Its been months since I updated my billing info and everything is correct. then you guys responded saying its a internal error and its not a user fault. well its been 2 months and I have not heard a word from you guys. is it possible you guys can just email
    me a gift card? I've been patiently waiting for you guys to respond and live up to your xbox rewards agreement

    Unfortunately, we have still not received a resolution for this issue from our team working on this error. This error is causing us to be unable to determine your billable account which you have designated for your deposit. This account is called your primary
    billable account. When our deposit process cannot successfully detect a primary billable account, it aborts rather than deposit into an unknown account. Our other team is currently working on getting this designation properly working again. Apologies for the
    inconvenience that this error is causing.

    i click on ealy depost and it said it will be there on the 29/12/16 and now it says 11/1/17 PLZ FIX

    The deposit date on the site changes 3 days before the deposit takes place because it is no longer possible to request a deposit for that date. There will still be a deposit on the 29th. So if you requested a deposit for that date, you should still receive
    a deposit on that date.
