    Still No Codes from Pre-ordering Quantum Break on 4/4


    It's been 11 BUSINESS days and still no codes for Alan Wake, the DLCs, and the PC version of QB. What's the update? "We're working on it" is not an update this far past the release date. What is the plan at this point?

    Haven't Received Quantum Break Preorder Codes

    GT:

    preordered Quantum break on 4/4/16 and still haven't received codes for the alan wake games.

    The game wasn't released yet when I pre-ordered it around 7-8pm PST, but I'm assuming it is a time zone problem. I also clicked the add in my xbox dashboard advertising the game and the bundle you get for pre ordering. Still no codes. please look into this

    Quantum Break pre-order codes not received

    I pre-ordered the game on 4/4/16 and have not received any of the pre-order bonus codes. I was under the impression that the Alan Wake American Nightmare code should have been sent immediately after pre-ordering and the Alan Wake full game and Windows 10
    version of Quantum Break would have been sent on 4/5.

    Your best bet is to call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and ask for a refund, or dispute the charge with your credit card. EVERY thread asking an update gets the standard:

    Hi there [insert user]!

    We're investigating the issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.

    Thank you for your patience!

    Then the thread gets locked. I doubt we're going to hear any updates within the next couple of weeks. In fact, I've given up on getting any useful information from the forum moderators.

    I called. I'm getting a refund. As long as you don't have a bunch of refunds in your recent history, you should be able to get one.

    Hey, Esmiamigo! Since you received a refund, you no longer qualify for receiving the extra codes for pre-ordering the game. If you decide to purchase again, you will only qualify for Alan Wake. If you run into any issues with that, please post up a new thread.

    Quantum break havent received ANY pre order codes

    I Pre-Ordered Quantum Break on April 4, 2016 and I have not yet received the codes for Alan Wake, DLC, American Nightmare, or the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. I would like to receive these codes soon. Thank You.

    Quantum Break Pre-Order never received Alan Wake American Nightmare and Quantum Break PC code

    Pre-ordering a code to redeem the digital version of Quantum Break through the Xbox Store before the launch of Quantum Break (which was April 5th, 2016) would have included the digital pre-order bonuses. However the disc version would not have been eligible.

    Again, sincere apologies for any frustration this may have caused. For more information, check out the
