    Still NO Answers


    There have been QUITE a few people with the problem of XBOX app NOT allowing THEIR video card (when it says it is compatible) to RECORD video.

    It is a LEGITIMATE concern, and YET, no one is even taking the time to address them.

    What? Are we not as much of a concern as the REAL XBOX community ??? Doesn't our XBOX app problems rank high enough for at least a (HEY WE ARE WORKING ON IT).

    I've had MY problem posted EVER SINCE August, yet it has NEVER had a COMMENT from a FORUMS MOD. And I know there are others with almost the same problem (different cards), who had their POSTS up for a longer time who STILL haven't gotten a response.

    YET, those who have STREAMING problems SURE get their posts looked at (and even answered).

    SO.............................. Find out POSTS, and could you ......... PLEASE at least give us a ...... (We are working on the problem) Reply to them.

    Still no answers regarding Dark Souls code

    They already gave out codes to some people. I still haven't received my code and I've been posting since the 29th. Microsoft console description on Dark Souls 3 states if you pre order Dark Souls 3 digitally for a limited time you'll get a code of dark souls
    1 within 7-10 days playable on the Xbox one. You false advertised for more sales. The first thing you lied about was getting the code within 7-10 days. It's been over 2 weeks and we still haven't received our codes. The second thing you lied about was the
    Dark Souls 1 code. When some players finally got their code it said they had to wait until Dark Souls 1 was available through backwards compatability. In the description it doesn't say you have to wait for it to playable on xbox one or that you'll get your
    code weeks later. False advertisement at its finest. You guys won't even address the situation officially. Microsoft is proving once again why Sony is better.

    Hello. Unfortunately, there is no way to restore a deleted message on your xbox 360 console. The support team just doesn't have the tool to recover that kind of data. The promotion wasn't for any 'exclusive' content, which means you can also buy the avatar
    outfit on the dashboard for about 400 microsoft points.

    0x80073cfe still a problem, still not identified, still not answered.

    Check your network connection to make sure you are connected then factory restore but keep your game and apps

    Go to network settings > advance settings > alt mac address > clear then restart to make sure you are connected

    Check your Xbox for updates in my games and apps > updates and under settings > system > updates

    If none of these steps work go to settings > system > console info > reset console

    If you require a repair done and its covered by warranty then go ahead with it.

    No one can comment on what the guy from support said or didn't say you should receive an excellent service.

    Sorry to hear that, but you can sand in your console for repair without having to make a call.

    go to the following link and request a repair:
    myservice.xbox.com/.../Welcome.aspx

    -you may have to log in to the website- -register your console-

    Your console also have 1 year limited Warranty from Microsoft.
