    Still no *** alan wake Codes and its been way past the 7 - 10 day mark like what the f**k... I don't understand why we have to post here! It's not getting anything done. this is my third post on here... Can yall please cancel my xbox live subscription and
    give me a refund ? I'm done with xbox and their support team

    If you speak with phone support and tell them that you are not interested in waiting anymore they will give you a refund. Just be polite and refuse direction to post in the forums any more. I asked the rep to revoke my license because I was intending to
    file a dispute with my card protection service once I got off of the phone with them, and I was offered a refund that was credited back to my account two days later. You can cancel your live service through the support number and they issue refunds for the
    remaining amount of time on the account.
