Still No Access to Movies & T.v

If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps, then I suggest downloading the Xbox Insider Hub app and recreate the issue and then long press the Xbox button on the controller till the "what would you like to do?" screen comes up and select report a problem.

You are quite right that there is obviously an issue somewhere, as I have seen a few people report issues on twitter too. Filing a bug report will help the development team locate what the issue is.

Yeah, we definitely understand your frustration and unfortunately you’re not the only one either. Believe me, I would love to know the answers for everyone and solve the issues but yeah we’re just here for free trying to be as helpful as possible with
learning more about xbox to actually help. Sometimes we can’t even come up with answers to this stuff. Definitely let us know if it gets solved, as it should!
