    Still no 50k credits? How long does it take?


    Ordered thru Microsoft store, used the code, my first upgrade to Xbox One S (bought two over the holidays).

    Got screenshots all along the way, just in case.

    15 days after shipping you will get the points. I ordered on the 17th and still have not received my points, they said they are about a week behind.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a delay receiving MicrosoftStore.com purchase data for the later weeks of December. We have since received this information, and I can confirm seeing that your purchase has been processed. Now we just need to pass
    this information along to the web for you to see as a Credit event. This should be done within the next 1-3 days.
