    Still missing my EA Access code from the Paypal Promotion


    Hello Microsoft,

    I just wanted to use EA Access when I recognised that my service-time has run out. I expected to still have about a month left from the paypal promotion and now found out that I should have gotten a code via xbox message.

    Can you take care about this issue? I subscribed to EA Access on the 15.10.2016 and paid with paypal.
