Discus and support still keeps 1 year on ,still disconnecting after two minutes in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; disconnecting is the problem, I can connect but it kicks me off after 2.3 minutes .     disconnecting is the problem, I can connect but it kicks me off after 2.3 minutes . Every time, the same. I have posted,posted, tried every method thrown at me by xbox volunteer support (which makes me wonder why we are paying in the first place). I cant
    buy new games that I want eg skyrim online. All my expensive originals cant be updated or can't be upgraded with new add-ons.

    Why did I pay for all this, just so M$ could change their networks when they brought out xbox1, leaving anyone with a nerw xbox slim and 300 dollars worth of brand new games with no access to live, I also still have 6 month worth of gold vouchers which I
    can't even begin to use as it kicks me off when I get to the code input.

    WT& is wrong xbox. Either pay me all the money back or I am seeking a tribunal against poor customer support and false advertising. It clearly says if I upgrade to gold I can do all these things. I clearly can NOT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 year and you still haven't
    fixed this issue.

    Hello.

    My xbox controller keeps disconnecting. When its running for about 10 minutes its all good, then it keeps disconnecting after 30 secs again and again...

    Sorry to hear you are having issues connecting to Xbox LIVE.

    Okay, first of all, please test your Xbox LIVE connection and presuming an error appears (if not, then let us know) select that error on the

    Connection Error     page and follow the solutions provided, specifically for that error.

    To test your Xbox LIVE connection, simply follow this guide:

    1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings and then select
      System Settings.
    2. Select Network Settings.
    3. Select Wired Connection (if you’re prompted to do so).
    4. Select Test Xbox LIVE Connection
    You may want to try
    Deleting Your Profile     (Profile ONLY, this will leave saved games and contents etc...)
    Once you have deleted your profile,
    Clear System Cache     3 times Now, in the first support link provided - if you go to that again, there is a guide there to download your profile.

    Hope this helps.

    If you wish to pursue legal action as you have mentioned, you will want to go through

    Game Causes Autologout?!

    1) Insert one of the games that is not working.

    2) When the game's tile loads up, press the "x" button.

    3) Two options will be present, either "Install" or "Delete"

    4) If Install, try installing the game. After, see if it still disconnects you.

    5) If Delete, try deleting it, then installing it again. After, see if it still disconnects you.

    2. Tried two other cables. No change.

    3. Tried using an external HDD. No change.

    4. Tried, disconnects still occur within 25 seconds to 1 minute of play.

    5. Tried another Xbox and HDD. No change.
