    Hi there, i dont know if somebody remember the last feedback i write here explaining the odessey for fix a consolle.

    Well this madness keep going on.Why? Well now i reassume.

    1th time: Eject from the reader disc many times they was covered with a wierd rail of grease.Send the consolle to tech supp-> Consolle back not fixed.

    2nd time: Resend the consolle for the issue you haven't fixed-> Consolle back not fixed again.

    3th time: At this point i ask a replacement send the consolle-> You send me back mine. Onestly...don't let me talk.

    4th time: I ask again a replacement send the consolle-> Consolle replaced but you know what the Fan was so bad making a noise........

    5th time: Send again the consolle for fix that fan noise-> Consolle back, i thought the fan was fixed,NO not even a month again noise from it.

    6th time: Send again the consolle for fix the fan ones and for all -> Consolle back annnnnnd now the fan is EVEN WORSE.

    Onestly at this point i can only say, well i say nothing. Controllers unboxed already mess up, tech support doesn't fix the problems somebody have, xbox live service everytimes have problems. realy i don't know what's going on with you microsoft but this
    is nuts.

    Don't count on me for next gen, because from me im seeing the worse from you and not the best.See i can see stuff just happen, maybe im unlucky 2 times no, well 6 TIMES AND YOU HAVEN'T SOLVED possible no body after 5 times hasn't see somebody send a consolle
    and says ''hey look this guy send the consolle 5 times, let's fix this thing forever at list we done with him'' instead, what you done? THIS. Shame on you.

    Is in warranty until May. MS official repair team in Germany.

    I have to ask, and I am not trying to be funny so please don't take offense to this, are you setting up a repair ticket with Microsoft Tech Support or going thru a local third party console repair place where you live? I had an issue not long after buying
    my Xbox One X where the HDD began failing and sent it in and they fixed it first time with no problems since. I just wanted to ask as their tech team is pretty good and given all that is gone wrong I know they'd want to make this right for you, I just couldn't
    tell if it was the MS official repair team.
