Still installing after i stopped it! Delivery optimization 100% bandwith!

Hi, i tried to install the newest cod onto my ssd and it said it was full so i canceled it. After that i checked my disc and it was full for some weird reason. Earlier i had 120 gigs no i had a lot less. I checked and found a file in msixvc that took a lot of space deleted it. After some time my pc was full again and i checked and it was back. I went to check my bandwith and "Delivery optimization was using all of it. So its seems like my pc is still downloading it? Any help on how to stop the download?

THIS is the real fix.

Everyone having this issue probably limited the bandwith for Delivery Optimization at some point because windows updates (Delivery optimization process) took all of your bandwith one day and you hated it.

Turns out, the XBOX App uses the Delivery Optimization to download games, so it gets the same limit you setup on Windows Update.

Found the solution, just limit at 100% the download bandwidth for both update options. And guess what, it is downloading at full speed.You will find these settings at delivery optimization, just click at advanced options.

I find it odd that the microsoft support guy mentioned delivery optimization considering I turned that off recently and just started having issues after doing so. I have terrible wifi where I live and delivery optimization totally tanks my connection so if I have to turn it back on then I'd just rather cancel my subscription.

press WIN+R (Windows logo key + R) , Enter "services.msc", Right-click Delivery Optimization, Start, service indicates Running status

Canceled pending installations in Xbox app then try installing the launcher via MS store app.

If that did not work, press (WIN+R -> gpedit.msc)

Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Delivery Optimization

Activated "Download mode" and switched to 1.
