Still having X-Box Signing In issues....

Your account is still there in the cloud, so don't worry about being able to redownload it.

It very likely is still a leftover problem from yesterday. If the problem persists, and power cycling as XBF said doesn't help contact Xbox Support

I suggested deleting and redownloading your account, because it along with power cycling are the least hassle to do, compared to factory resetting.

I know how aggravating it can be when Xbox Live doesn't work right.

I would give it a couple of hours and then try signing in again

Hopefully it works for you sooner then later.

Hi. I deleted my account but when I tried to add it again by going into +Add New, the system just spins then puts me out to the home page. It will not give me the option to key in my e-mail address to add my account again. i tried this several times
with the same result each time?

Thanks for updating us with your reply. Sad to report that we've got Xbox Live Services going in/out of service at the moment, so just to be on the safe side, I recommend keeping a good eye on the

Xbox Live Server Status page for a while before attempting to sign back in to make sure that signing in isn't listed as being part of the alert. We're furiously working to get everything back up and running in a more stable manner and your patience is super
appreciated.

In the meantime, just to eliminate the possibility that it may be related to your internet connection, you may want to again physically power cycle the console (removing the power cord from the rear of the Xbox) and your network hardware for about 5 solid
minutes. Then after that time elapses, plug your network hardware back in and when the lights come back up, get your console reconnected and turn it on. This step will make sure that your internet connection is as strong as it can be when you add the profile
back in.

Hi thanks for your response. i tried the physical power cycle but it has made no difference. When i switch xbox back on it does not connect and then when i try to connect manually I get error message as previously stated.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this issue. If you haven't already done so, we recommend that you
perform a physical power cycle of your console and then try to sign into your profile again. Sometimes following the ending of a service
alert this helps out a lot to get rid of any lingering issues related to it.
