    Still having timing issues


    What is going on with this game? Does anyone at Microsoft care? I get booted off after each game. You show me on for 35 minutes and I've only been on for 18..it's like you are doubling our time. Is it because of the ads? Do you count that time too?
    That would be unfair. Just because I can't spend money to stop the ads doesn't mean my games should be timed differently. I wish someone would read our complaints.

    Depending your region, the timing may have been different. Are you still having issues sending messages or has the issue cleared up for you? Let us know.

    We can confirm seeing that your deposit error is being caused by a mismatch between your Rewards regional currency and your Microsoft Account regional currency. Unfortunately, since it takes us up to 96 hours to process and receive new activity, at the current
    time, we do not see a UK billing region for your account. If you only recently made this change, it may be too soon for us to have received this information. If you have successfully migrated your region, to the UK region, this should resolve the problem,
    and we will be able to deposit your GBP from your Rewards Account. Currently, we are attempting to deposit GBP into a USD-only account, which is causing the issue.

    Another issue I see is when I sign into Microsoft it shows this profile name, but this is his little brothers. He has nothing under it. His profile name is RED FAITH X1. I can see it but it is not connected to this account???? It is the one he has had
    from the beginning. He is a gold member and throws that is you look him up but again it's not connected to this account?

    Exact same issue. While i was playing borderlands 2, my screen froze, and i had to restart xbox. When i did, EVERYTHING WAS FREAKIN WIPED CLEAN. All my profiles, all my saves, EVERYTHING THING. I tried to re download the profile and keeps on giving me 80070570
    error. WTF is going on. Tried literally everything on the forum and still not a working solution; already canceled my membership after couple hours of no luck fixing it.

    If they don't show in Download History, then you're not signed in with the same account which bought them, or you need to redownload your profile. I'd start by clearing the system cache (it's just temporary files plus game updates,
    automatically reloaded) by:

    1) Tap the silver Xbox Guide button on the controller, go 2 clicks right to Settings, pick System Settings.

    2) Select Storage (or Memory if Storage).

    3) Move over any hard drive or memory unit (not the Cloud) & press (Y) on your controller & pick Clear System Cache.

    4) When asked to confirm storage device maintenance, choose Yes.

    Delete profile from your console

    1) go to www.xbox.com/accounts & click on Sign in at upper right - if you can't sign in then STOP: DON'T delete your profile. Please call Xbox Support
    support.xbox.com/contact-us for help with your account. If you can sign in, delete & redownload your profile on your Xbox this way:

    2) Go to Settings

    3) pick System

    4) choose Storage

    5) pick All Devices

    6) choose Gamer Profiles

    7) pick the gamertag

    8) choose Delete, and

    9) pick Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements. Now, re-download your profile.

    Re-download

    1) Tap the silver Xbox Guide button

    2) Select Download Profile (and if you don't see it, press the blue X button to make sure you're not signed in) and proceed with Profile Download.

    3) Enter the Microsoft Account addresse for your Xbox LIVE gamertag when asked.

    4) Enter the password for the Microsoft Account.

    4A) If your account is an Xbox LIVE child account, the parent’s Windows Live ID & password is required as well to download your profile.

    5) Pick the storage device for your profile (choose Hard Drive if you have one, or Memory Unit if you don't have a Hard Drive).

    6) When the download completes you will be asked if you want the console to remember your password. If it's your home console, I'd say yes, otherwise I'd think carefully about leaving my profile unprotected on somebody else's
    Xbox!

    7) Sign in, and retry.
