    Still having the same issue with my Xbox


    I’ve posted in here before and thank you for two who replied when i last seen but it hasn’t worked and i’ve tried to reach xbox support and im still having trouble i’ve dine everything.

    Anyway the issue im having is when i try and load/Start a xbox digital/disc game it will start and show the screen of the game then go out or go into the game and start it for a few seconds and then freze and i don’t know what to do and if anyone has solved
    this problem before please please tell me or give me suggestions on what to do and if you are able to help me my xbox gt is , so if anyone has any answers or ideas on how to help me that would be great.

    I agree. You can set up a repair at https://devicesupport.microsoft.com. However, please be aware that it may take longer than normal due to current conditions.

    I'm afraid that if your console is the Original Xbox One then there would be no option for repair.

    If you have followed all the troubleshooting steps suggested to you, as last resort you can file for repairs.

    Hey End Essence! Sorry for the frustration, I can most definitely understand as we're all tryin' to rake in that GS. On a positive note, at least the game is playable!

    Hi all,

    We checked with the proper teams concerning this issue and unfortunately the best solution to this would be to play the game off a retail game disc for the achievements to properly unlock. Sorry to break the bad news to ya but we didn't want to leave you
    hanging without a response. Feel free to post any time. Thanks.

    Hi there! None of the achievements are unlocking at all? Do you ever see them on Xbox.com? Or have you tried playing this game on another console?
