still having issues with TTK

i purchased TTK on release and i signed in today to play. everything the requires TTK is locked and my account is the owner of the dlc. i already tried resrtaing my console and re-downloading the dlc and still have the same issue. please help. not only is
my gf required to purchase the dlc, but my best friend paid for it twice for his xbox one, lst i checked destiny dlc can be transferred between the owner's account for 360 and one

You can still play without TTK, just can't advance past the lvl34 cap or do any of TTK story.

I don't mind not having TTK, BUT bUNGIE has seen fit to lock anyone out of content we've previously paid for in order to force us to purchase TTK....

The 360 version and the One version are slightly different and each has its own DLC that does not transfer between each. Your character on the other hand can. Ensure you purchased the right DLC for the version of the game you own.

Otherwise there may be a slight glitch in the system so if you reset it, that should help.

I've had success with the following steps:

1. Remove profile - SETTINGS page (far right from home page), select STORAGE, then find your profile and remove.

2. While in your hard drive under GAMES & APPS look for any red or yellow icons with incomplete or unknown. Delete them. (This may include the game you are trying to fix)

3.Clear System Cache - SETTINGS page, select STORAGE and highlight a drive but don't select it. Press Y and select Clear System Cache. Agree when asked.

4. Be Patient - turn your console off for a full minute. This assists in resetting the console.

5. Turn on the console and download your profile - it is the icon next to 'create a profile'.

Try again. If it is still an issue repeat the steps but at Step 2 delete the troublesome game and complete the steps with the following.

6. Go to SETTINGS page & select ACCOUNT

7. Got to DOWNLOAD HISTORY and find the game/DLC you wanted. The most recent are first.

8. Select the item and then select DOWNLOAD AGAIN. This should fix the issue.

Although TTK can be shared among accounts on the Xbox One so long as the purchaser is set as Home on the console.

On the 360, Bungie has deemed that the DLC cannot be shared among accounts and that each separate account must purchase their own copy of the DLC.

However, some people have found a bit of a workaround for the 360 sharing issue. They have found that if the purchasing gamertag is signed in on the console then another gamertag can use the TTK DLC.

 

Hello,

Playing last night all of th eplanets became locked for me. Some said DLC required others 'requirement not met'. I am aware Bungie has had server issues over the last week.

After logging out and not coming back for 24 hours everything I was previously using became unlocked. I am wondering if your issue could be related to the server problems.
