Still having issues with CoD: AW Season Pass and Ascendance DLC

I am using an Xbox 360 and I have the disc version of CoD: Advanced Warfare. I purchased the Season Pass last week at the discounted price of $34.99 after already purchasing the Havoc DLC and the Atlas Gorge map DLC. After installing Compatibility Pack 3
yesterday morning, the game no longer recognized my Season Pass and would not allow me to download the Ascendance DLC unless I paid for it. I tried accessing this DLC through the Xbox Games Store as well as the in-game store and neither store recognizes my
season pass. I have tried the process of deleting the compatibility pack and the season pass, clearing the system cache, restarting the system, and redownloading the content several times yesterday and today. I have not seen any comprehensive solutions for
Xbox 360-only owners. Is there anything I could do that I have not done already?

Call of Duty Advanced Warfare Season Pass

Season Pass DLC wouldnt Transfer to Xbox one from 360

I as well have problems with COD Advanced Warfare. Purchased the season pass and some DLC add ons on Xbox 360 . Just got Xbox one and the AW game for one and season pass and DLC add ons say installed on the Xbox one but cannot access any.

Also thought the Havoc DLC was free to season pass holders but I too get to pay £11.59 for it.

Wish someone could help here - very much appreciated

I'm having the same issue as you, spent all my time searching for a fix and nothing seems to work....I'm guessing we just have to wait for a patch :/

same problem 30 mins on with support ( xbox ) multiple emails to activision nothing being done this is bull poop, but they have our money so what do they care?

can we get some answers for this or what.......2 1/2 hours on chat last night to get nowhere except having to reinstall every single freaking game I own. Awesome support for the amount of cash we give these people.

It's now been five days since the release of the DLC and we season pass holders are still no better off. The whole "we are aware of the issue and are working with out partners to fix it, thanks for your patience" response is tired now. I doubt any of the
support staff will even bother to reply to our calls for answers, what's going on? Why hasnt this been fixed yet?
