    I had 9 bingos--- your game froze. It took all my bingos, my keys, my coins, everything. Didn't get credit back, didn't get bingos, didn't get keys or all the powerups it took. How do I get them?

    Hey Belong, are you still having issues playing that game on LIVE? It appears that you're showing as Gold on this website, so perhaps it just took a few minutes for everything to go through. Let us know! Still having issues! Took everything :)

    Hey again Tax!

    It sounds like your harddrive was either reformatted or it croaked. Have you tried saving anything to your hard drive since you noticed that it was reading as empty? If not, I would try saving something just to see if it sticks.

    If you save something and it stays on the hard drive:


    If you save something and it doesn't stay on the hard drive (given the information above, it looks like this is the more likely outcome):

    • It looks like your hard drive has croaked. Unfortunately, you'll need a new hard drive/storage device to be able to continue saving things on your console.
    • Fortunately however, you'll still be able to redownload your profile to your new hard drive by using this guide:

      support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete
      .
    • And you'll be able to redownload your previously purchased games by using the purchasing account's download history (here's a guide:

      support.xbox.com/.../view-download-history
      ).

    Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with Microsoft Bingo. It's very possible that when the game froze, it wasn't able to communicate with the server and the information from the game you had been playing may have been lost. Please try the troubleshooting
    steps on this page

    and let us know if it helps. Sometimes something as simple as reinstalling the game will fix an issue like this though.
