    Still having error problems


    I keep getting errors several times weekly saying that my games 'took too long to start.' I have tried EVERYTHING and I mean everything to make this error stop and nothing is helping. I spoke to an Xbox customer support person this past Monday, his suggestion
    was to try clearing local saved games, then clearing persistent storage. Of course has had no effect because here I am back again today. Additionally i've also tried exchanging for a different Xbox One S, factory resetting and deleting and reinstalling all
    of my games back onto my two external hard drives. There are a bunch of other thing s i've tried too, see my previous post for a complete list.

    I'm getting the runaround from Xbox support too, I'm always being to try different things. This only compounds my frustration and confusion , I feel like a lab rat in a toture cage! This error is infuriating nevereending nightmare! Does anyone how to make
    this error STOP dead hard in its [Mod Removed-Profanity] tracks?

    Hi Dan,

    I'm sorry to say but the only options you have at this point are to exchange your console for another one again with Gamestop or try customer support and go with a console repair service.

    Since you have exhausted basically every troubleshooting step available and the issue happens on two different consoles, you may want to look at the power outlet you are using as it could be faulty. That's all I can recommend to rule out everything other
    than trying a third Xbox or getting your current one serviced.

    Hi Dan,

    Do you plug your Xbox into a surge protector power strip? If you do that could be the root cause of all these issues with game loading.

    Port forwarding may help but that is primarily to resolve NAT type issues and yours seems to be fine since its OPEN.

    This may be more related to defects in the power unit causing the software to continue to act glitchy. Since you say you exchanged the Xbox for another one and the issue persists, then the issue can be narrowed down to either where you plug in your console
    or the network, but I don't think its that to be honest.

    I guess I won't try using an air can as the article you linked me to doesn't recommend it. In a way the Xbox One S I currently have has already been serviced, I say that because I just exchanged for a different Xbox One S less than a month ago that was a
    refurbished console. However even with a refurbished Xbox, I still don't think that my console is the issue because I've had other One S models with the same error.

    This error(0x8027025a) is driving me insane, if I only got this error once in a while I wouldn't even think about it, but getting this error several times EVERY(and I mean every week! This is NO exaggeration!) is ridiculous! See my previous thread on Dec.
    30th for a complete list of things I've tried. This has been going on for over 6 months now and I cannot find a long term solution. Sometimes I can load my game if I reboot my game from the dashboard, but usually I have to hard restart to get my games to load
    again. I have only one account and I don't gameshare with anyone.

    Despite the suspicions of any other users, I do NOT! create these threads for attention! I have a prolonged error problem and I am trying to find a long term solution. I like Xbox, I like Halo and Gears, but if I can't find a way to make this error stop
    then I won't be buying anymore Xbox One games in the future.

    Yeah it says that everything is good for the multiplayer connection, not only that it says 'open' for my nat type. I thought about trying port forwarding to see if that would stop the errors, i've heard that it can help.
