    i was invited to xbox preview programme about 2 weeks ago and still haven't recieved my message. i have spoke to the xbox support team and they have told me i have been accepted and that i am a member but i haven't recieved the message to update my console?

    Xbox One Preview Message not recieved

    I was invited to the preview program about 3 days ago and I still haven't recieved a message from Microsoft. Is there anyway to fix this?

    Sorry you still having received your preview message on Xbox Live. Try using the link below to post this question in the preview forums. If you do not have access to this then please let us know. A forum mod will come by and give the appropriate access based
    on your account. Also note that not everyone is selected for the preview program, and only members selected will receive the message with steps on installing the app.

    Thanks! Mods are going through the forums, and checking accounts / giving access based on permissions. Stand by and usually within a day or so, you will have access.

    This belongs in the preview forums, You had to opt into the new update in order to recieve it. If you recieved an xbox live message inviting you to opt in. Thanks

    Preview Invite Dissapeared

    The waiting queue is not the problem. I recieved the Xbox One Preview message from Xbox Live but it dissapeared so its not the waiting list if i needed to wait months i didnt recieved the message from Xbox Live so .. :)

    if you redeemed it via xbox, you should recieve a message in your messages tab. it should be from "Xbox" I haven't tried it in a few months though.
