Still haven't recieved rocket league code for targeted in-dash promo

Hello, I bought gold over a month ago for a targeted in-dash rocket league promo in which I would be sent a code for buying ANY gold subscription. It was supposed to be sent by the 31st of last month, but it never happened.

Note: This is not the three month promo, when I contacted support a few days ago I had to e-mail a picture of my promo as evidence that it exists. I was told they do not have code access, and not to worry that it will be sent a couple
of days after the 31st, which didn't happen.

Rocket league code not received

I bought Xbox live though the in-dash menu because of the rocket league promotion, but I never received the code for rocket league

 

Xbox gold - get minecraft with gold offer

SO I bought xbox live gold through the snap in that promised I would get a code for Minecraft. Today I recieved acode for Rocket League. I do not want Rocket League, I did not purchase gold to get Rocket League, but to get Minecraft. Whats going on here?

According to the Official Rocket League website
HERE which clarifies the terms of the promotion.

"Speaking of Xbox One, anyone who purchases a three-month Xbox Live Gold subscription card from June 12 through June 30 will receive a FREE copy of Rocket League!

If you buy a physical subscription card at a local retailer, your Rocket League code will be printed on your receipt, and can be attached to any Xbox Live account that does not already own the game. (Update: Offer only available for
a limited time at participating retailers in select countries; see retailers for details.) If you're new to the game or Xbox Live Gold or have a friend who's in the market for either one, now's a great time to take the shot!"

This would indicate that you needed to purchase a 3 Month Xbox Live Card either at the retailer or through the Xbox Dashboard advertisement for this promotion to be eligible. The investigative teams have determined that you were not eligible for this promotion.
