Still haven't recieved April's Xbox Quest

Back in April, the Xbox Quest was: Task 1. Add 5 Friends 2. Increase your Gamerscore by 200 points 3. Get at least 1 Achievement in 3 different games. The grand prize was a 24K Gold Project Scorpio Xbox One X. I completed all three tasks before the month
ended. By the middle/late May, i did not recieve my prize yet. So i contacted Microsoft Support and i was referred to the Xbox Forums. I was told to make a post about it, so i did, i recieved one response from another Xbox player saying to post back at the
end of the month if i hadn't recieved my prize. At the end of the month, i posted again but never recieved a response. So i contacted Microsoft Support a second time in the middle of June, he told me to check the Forums to see if i got a response or not (i
did not). He also told me that he would try to get a hold of someone who could help sort everything out and that i would hear from them within 24-72 hours. That was about 3 weeks ago. I just contacted Microsoft Support a third time after the original post
was for some reason deleted and i was told to make a new post, detailing my dilemma. I never recieved a response, a prize or help. Anything would be greatly appreciated. After this much of a process however, i hope the effort is worth whatever i eventually recieve.
