    Quantum Break bonuses not received

    Hello,

    I called support and they directed me here.

    I pre-ordered Quantum Break digitally thru my Xbox One and still haven't received some of the bonuses that I was supposed to receive. I only received 1 of the 5 items, Alan Wake: American Nightmare.

    I'm still waiting on the following items

    Alan Wake

    The Signal (DLC for Alan Wake)

    The Writer (DLC for Alan Wake)

    Quantum Break for Windows 10

    Is there anything I need to do to get this problem solved? I look forward to your reply.
