STILL haven’t received visa gift card from the MyVIP Gems I spent.

I’m not sure who else to email or where else to post this. I still haven’t had this issue resolved. If anyone who has the ability to help (or forward this to someone who can) I would appreciate it.

On May 16th I redeemed 500 MyVIP Gems for the $10 Prepaid Visa card.

I never received the gift card or any confirmation emails. I checked my Perks and Gems statement and it shows that I did spent the Gems for the gift card.

The first 2 weeks I figured it was slowly processing my order. But It’s been 20 days now. I have not received anything. There has to be some error or glitch.

I honestly don’t care if I am given Microsoft credit instead of the visa. I just want the $10 I earned. Please.

Spent 500 Gems. Never received the gift card.

Hi, on May 16th I redeemed 500 MyVIP Gems for the $10 Prepaid Visa card.

I never received the gift card or any confirmation emails. I checked my Perks and Gems statement and it shows that I spent the Gems for it. I’m not sure if it’s still processing or if there is some sort of error.

My VIP reward never received

Hi, I claimed a $5 visa gift card through the "my vip vault." I never received the visa code via email. I shows on my account that I redeemed the code.

Nobody and I mean NOBODY from either Microsoft or xbox is able to help me or can even help me resolve this. 2+ hours of phone and text support. Anybody else having this issue? Some have been pleasant, but they have no clue as to the gem redemption program.

message. Since you had a typo in your registration, it is unlikely that you received this re-send, and should check your private messages.

If it was for the 5,000 rewards credits, they should show as pending on the MyRewards section of the site. They would be scheduled to deposit around the 15th.

no I'm talking about MyVIP Gems I redeem 250 of myvip gems for a $5 gift card and I never received the $5 dollars

Well, it would seem like 50 gems is equivalent to $1 USD in the MyVIP vault. The price changes a bit if you buy the higher tiered items, such as the $25 visa gift card being 40 gems each dollar. However, in the FAQ, it states that 1 gem will equal 1 Microsoft
rewards point. However, 1000 Microsoft rewards points is equivalent to $1 USD. So it's way better if you spend your gems before they are transferred. If you have 500 gems, that get's you a $10 gift card in the Vault. If it's transferred, that get's you $0.50
in Microsoft rewards points.....
