Still haven't received the new system update!

I've tried turning the console off fully and unplugging the power cord and restarting my internet but still nothing. I reside in the UK and everyone on my friends list has it and I can't join their party. Any ideas what's stopping me from getting the update?

No system update

I'm in the preview program and I haven't received any system updates I'm still stuck on the September 29th update so I'm still missing features such as clubs and looking for group. Need help

 

Update

I still haven't received the new update, and I have it set to auto download. Did any body get the update yet?

 

I have 2xboxes in my house one grabbed the update one didn't. Very frustrating.

 

When I turn on the One I get the usual green screen but after that I get a long black screen and the the Xbox logo shows up right in the centre of the black screen. It's almost as if it tries but fails to grab the update. Also, unfortunately, I only have
the one Xbox One ha.

 

Yeah it's annoying I'm from the uk and I tried tonight but no update for my Xbox as yet, not sure how this is being rolled out to everyone, just hope I get it soon as can't chat to friends that have it already !

 

same here i have two boxes in my house aswell and still one have not recieved the update

 

Same problem and I'm from central US, a friend of mine has also had this same problem and was told to send his console in at his own expense and deposit $500 and the $500 will be returned if the "deffective" console is "received" within 7 business days.
Knowing our mail system odds are that wont happen so this is sounding a lot like a scam. There are striking similarities to the definition of a "scam" here.
