Still haven't received the forza points

I still haven't gotten the 5000 point for preordering Forza. I made a post 10 days ago and was told to wait another 96 hours. It's been longer than that 96 hours and still do not have the 5000 points. Please help.

im missing rewards points from buying Forza 3.

I bought Forza 3 back at the beginning of October and I still haven't received my points.

Still haven't received rewards points.

Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST and they typically respond to threads from oldest to newest so it can take a few days to receive a response. Especially around the holidays because they have a few extra days off too.

Keep in mind that if any of the games were preordered before the offer began on October 1, they would not count towards the offer.

Hi TheTMurph92. For pre-orders to qualify for the 5,000 Credits, it needed to be made during the offer period. Since your pre-order was made on the 14th, it only qualified for the 10 keys.

You would need to post in the support section of this forum in order for them to check into it for you. Keep in mind that credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are
deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

The Credits were converted and deposited as currency into your Microsoft Account. You can see this deposit event from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, where the deposit occurred on the 12th. You can view this deposit as an actual currency transaction
from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where it will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.
