    I purchased three moths of Gold during the Rocket League promotion, and I still have not received my game code. I have contacted support multiple times. At first I was told I'd receive the code by July 31st. That didn't happen. Then I was told it'd be another
    couple of days. No dice. Today, I was told it'd be up to another couple of days before I'd even get another response.

    Throughout these exchanges, I've been stonewalled. I don't believe it's the fault of the representatives, but their script is filled with blatant lies.

    After the 31st came and went, I contacted the support chat. The rep told me that no promotional tokens for Rocket League were found on my account, and that it was a targeted promotion that I was not qualified for, which is a lie.
    First of all, it was never a targeted promo, as it was
    advertised to all on Rocket League's own official Twitter.
    Second of all, even if it HAD been targeted, I received an ad for it on my Dashboard.

    The associate then tried to tell me that the promotion started on June 22nd, and that my subscription date of June 20th rendered me ineligible. This, too, is a lie. The official tweet clearly states the promotion ran from June 12th-June
    30th.

    The associate apologized (again, I believe he had been fed a dishonest script), and told me if I didn't receive my code within 48 hours, my case would be escalated to a Specialist, would would give me my code. I thanked the associate for his help and ended
    the chat.

    This morning marks the two day mark, and I still do not have my code. So I contacted support again. After providing my reference number and a summary of my situation, it took an hour for the support rep to tell me to wait yet ANOTHER couple days for a contact
    from a Specialist, which, considering I just waited two days for exactly that, strikes me as an empty promise.

    I purchased the Gold subscription with the intent of using it to play Rocket League. I've already burned through more than a third of it, and I still don't have the game. I am quite dissatisfied. Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you.

    I signed up for XBox Lve Gold during the Rocket League promotion on June 29. A Rocket League code should be sent by July 31. I still not received the code.

  6. I have had the same experience. What is the best way of getting this resolved? Do i need to post on this forum, reddit, and twitter until the issue gets seen? Or would you be able to fix it here directly?
