    Still haven't received other add-ons with the premium add-ons bundle.


    Hello, I bought the premium add-ons bundle when the Hot wheels add-on came out, I have still not received the car passes, vip, etc. All I got with it was the Hot wheels map. Do you know how I could fix this?

    You can always try requesting a refund as long as it is showing up on your order history.

    Sorry but that's not my issue. When I go to add-ons in the Microsoft store it says I don't own vip, car pass, and anything else that comes with the premium add-ons bundle. I am just trying to get my money's worth because I spent 45 dollars on the bundle and only got the Hot Wheels world and the Rally world.

    I can see that you are unable to access your Forza Horizon 5 Expansion bundle. Please try the following steps to see if they help:



    - Restart your console and check for any updates.

    - Go to My Games & Apps and select Forza Horizon 5.

    - Press the Menu button on your controller and select Manage Game and Add-ons.

    - Find the Expansion bundle in the Ready to Install section and select Install All.

    - Launch the game and check if you can access the Expansion bundle.

    Just a heads up though that it could also take up to 24 hours for the add-ons to reflect.

    You can also reach out to the game developers if in any case you are still not getting them after 24 hours.

    If you are still not seeing them in game or somehow unable to install them after buying it. You can try reaching out with the developer or you can also submit a refund request on your purchase.
