Still haven't received my promo code for fallout 3

Hi, I bought fallout 4 for this beginning of February before the promo went out and I've waited for about 4 weeks and still haven't received it yet, if you could please help on how to get the promo code that would be great,thanks

It has been almost a year and still haven't gotten a promo code.

 

I have the same problem with doom it has been 10 after i pre ordered doom and i havent received the doom 1-2 codes
