Discus and support Still haven't received my HW:DE code. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I preordered the game prior to 12/20. I was told to come on here and support would issue a code.     Still haven't received my HW:DE code.


    I preordered the game prior to 12/20. I was told to come on here and support would issue a code.

    Checked my Xbox messages and still nothing. Please help.

    Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition Pre-Order     page:



    The codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days from pre-order, beginning December 20, 2016



    So if you don't have your code after 10 days from your date of pre-order, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll look into it then.
